Public servant
As Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Internal Revenue at the Treasury Depar-tment, I oversaw all Internal Revenue Bureaus and played a key role in shaping tax policy. My work included developing the 2011 Tax Code and also set policy, approved technical rulings and regulations, and guided the admini-stration of tax exemptions and incentives.
